FAQ’s

Buy tickets at an outlet

A limited number of paper tickets will also be available to purchase from the Bell Inn and Redbrook Village Stores from April 2024

Can I buy tickets on the day?

A limited number of tickets will be made available on the day and priority will be given to local residents. Due to high demand we recommend booking in advance where possible and arriving early if you do intend to purchase on the gate.

Alcohol

You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol onto the field. Please remember this is a charity fundraiser and by purchasing the excellent value local beers you are supporting the Redbrook Village Trust as well as our local brewery. Thanks 🙂

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Please do not allow them to poo on the field – all mess must be removed.

Entry conditions

Live on the Wye is a family friendly community event and we appreciate your help in keeping it this way. The festival organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove people, who are excessively drunk or displaying inappropriate or illegal behaviour. Violence, drug-taking, under-age drinking and/or excessive drinking will not be tolerated. Under 25s should be prepared to show ID.

Refund Policy

Sorry but we cannot issue refunds unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers, in which case a full refund will be given. Live on the Wye will go ahead come rain or shine.

Rubbish and recycling

The Wye Valley is a designated National Landscape ( formerly known as the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). We would be grateful for your support in recycling waste using the bins provided. The festival is run entirely by volunteers and we have limited resources for cleaning up and removing litter.
